Delivery

Delivery is free to every UK mainland address on every order, with no minimum spend. The price on the product card is the price you pay.

Parcels

Trees up to 7ft, light sets, decorations, wreaths and most indoor and garden pieces travel by tracked courier. You receive the tracking reference by email when the order leaves the warehouse. Orders with several items are sent together once everything is ready unless you ask us to split them.

Large items

Trees of 7.5ft and 8ft, giant props, inflatables over 1.5m, animatronics and commercial displays go out on a two-person van or a pallet, and there is still no delivery charge. The courier contacts you to agree a day and the item is delivered to the kerbside or the nearest ground-floor door.

Outside the mainland

We deliver across the United Kingdom only. The Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands sometimes add a day or two, and a pallet to those areas may carry a surcharge, which the checkout shows before you pay. We do not deliver outside the UK.

Christmas ordering

Order dates for guaranteed delivery before Christmas are published here in December. Trees sell through by size as the season goes on, so the choice is widest in October and November.
