Which height should I choose?
Measure floor to ceiling and take off the topper plus 15cm. A 2.1m ceiling takes a 5ft tree, a standard 2.4m ceiling takes 6ft, 2.5m takes 7ft and 2.75m takes 8ft. The height guide has the full table and the width each size needs.
What does the tip count tell me?
How dense the tree is. At 6ft, around 500 tips is a standard tree, 1,000 to 1,500 is full, and past 2,000 is very full. Compare counts between trees of the same height; it is the honest measure within a price band.
Pre-lit or unlit?
Pre-lit saves wrapping and spaces the lights through the depth of the tree; unlit costs £40 to £80 less and lets you choose the colour. At 7ft and 8ft we suggest pre-lit. The guide goes through it.
Do the prices include delivery?
Yes. Every price includes VAT and free delivery to a UK mainland address, with no minimum order. Tall trees and large displays by two-person courier or pallet cost nothing extra to send.
How long does an artificial tree last?
Seven to ten years stored dry and handled gently; PE trees longer. On a pre-lit tree the lights age first, which is why the sections are replaceable.
How do I return a tree?
Within 14 days of delivery, repacked and complete. Email for the return address. Faulty items are collected at our cost. See the returns page.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or the Highlands?
Yes, across the UK. Those areas sometimes add a day or two, and a pallet may carry a surcharge shown at checkout. See the delivery page.
Are the trees fire retardant?
The foliage from these suppliers is made from materials tested to the EN 71-2 flammability standard, and pre-lit trees use low-voltage LEDs that run cool. No artificial tree should be placed near candles, an open fire or a heater.
Can businesses order?
Yes, through the same checkout, with a VAT invoice. The commercial range has the giant props and backdrops; email for sizes above those listed.
