Returns

Fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, and anything that arrives faulty or damaged is sorted out at our cost.

Changing your mind

The Consumer Contracts Regulations let you cancel within 14 days of receiving the order and have a further 14 days to send it back. The item must be complete and repacked in its original packaging, which for a tree means the sections folded and boxed. You pay the return postage for a change of mind; we refund the full price paid within 14 days of the item arriving back with us.

Faulty or damaged

Check the parcel when it arrives. If a tree has a damaged section, a light set does not work or anything is missing, email us inside 30 days, quoting the order number and attaching a photo. We replace, repair or refund, and we arrange and pay for the collection.

Large items

A 7.5ft or 8ft tree or a giant prop is collected by the same two-person courier that delivered it. We book the collection; you need only have it repacked.

Starting a return

Email info@christmastreedepot.co.uk quoting the order number and naming the item; you get back the return address and a reference for the parcel.

The return address will be published here before the shop opens for orders.

Free UK delivery

Every order ships free to any UK mainland address. Trees over 7ft and large displays go by two-person courier or pallet, still at no charge.

Sized before you buy

Every tree lists its height, width and tip count. Browse by height, price or colour and compare like for like.

14 days to decide

Change your mind within 14 days of delivery and send it back complete. Faulty items are replaced or refunded with the return paid.
