Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Christmas Tree Depot.

The contract

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and any payment is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate and delivery to a UK mainland address. Payment is taken at the time of order through the methods shown at checkout.

Delivery and risk

The goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave. Delivery dates are estimates.

Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is set out on the returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product information

Measurements, tip counts, bulb counts and other specifications are taken from the maker’s data. Colours may differ slightly from the photographs.
