Sale

How the sale works

Reductions are made on lines where the warehouse has more than it expects to sell before Christmas, on end-of-range designs, and on returned items that have been checked and repacked. The reduced price is the only price: there are no codes to enter and no further discount at checkout. The 14-day returns period applies to sale items as it does to everything else.

What tends to be reduced

Light sets in colours that sell slower than warm white, such as vintage gold, pink and turquoise. Large outdoor silhouettes and inflatables after the first week of December, when the big garden displays have mostly gone up. Trees in the less common sizes, 7.5ft and 8ft, and the end-of-range finishes. Boxed bauble sets once a colourway has been discontinued.

Sorting the sale

Use the sort control above the grid: price low to high brings the small items to the front, price high to low surfaces the reduced trees and displays. The filters on the left narrow by department, brand and, for lights, bulb colour and power source.

If you missed it

Reduced lines are not restocked at the sale price, but the same product often returns at full price the following season. The product page will say if a line is discontinued.
